Task Fourteen- Production Company Logo

For our Production Company Logo we were inspired by many big film companies, e.g. Disney, Pixar, 21st Century Fox, Dreamworks & Paramount Pictures.

Disney:

Pixar:

21st Century Fox:

Dreamworks:

Paramount Pictures:

We decided from our inspirational Production Logos we wanted to create a moving logo for our company 'Seeing Double Media'. We used the software 'Motion 5' to do this. We firstly had to choose a still image that would be the background of our logo. We liked this because it is not linked to any sub-genre which allows us to be more experimental with our films. We then added Text on top of the animated background, we added the effect 'Deep Glow' to the text so it stood out and looked illuminated like an LED light. We liked this because it is quirky & unique. Over the Text we added a moving animated cloud effect, the cloud of smoke slowly moved over the Text. We liked the cloud effect as we was inspired by Paramount Pictures & Dreamworks.

For the name of our Production Company we chose 'Seeing Double Media' as there are four of us in the group and two of our first initials are 'E' and the other two initials are 'M', therefore you're seeing double. We chose to use an image on our logo of clouds because we want our Production Company to be versatile & flexible being able to produce films of any genre.

Our Logo for 'Seeing Double Media':

In our Opening Sequence our Production Company Logo will be cropped so the black edges are gone and there won't be a fade to black at the end as instead it will fade into our Opening Sequence.
